Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept reservations?
No. Coddingtown Mall is a walk-in only location. Please keep in mind that wait times may be longer on busy weekends and during the days leading up to Christmas.
Can the whole family be in the photo?
Absolutely! Parents, grandparents, siblings, and other family members are welcome to join Santa for a photo. Remember, though, sessions do a maximum limit and session time is limited.
What if my child is nervous or afraid of Santa?
That’s completely normal! There’s no pressure to sit on Santa’s lap. Our team will do their best to make the experience comfortable and can often capture a great photo with parents or siblings joining in.
What if my child is sick?
If your child isn’t feeling well, we kindly ask that you postpone your visit until they’re feeling better.
Are pets allowed in Santa photos?
Pet policies vary by location, so please check your location’s dates and details before bringing your furry family members.
